Madhu Srinivas is a public policy professional with a background in finance and analytics, having more than a decade of experience spanning banking, credit, financial markets and payments.
In his 6-year tenure at Dvara Research, an Indian financial services-focused think tank, he produced key technical regulatory analysis on financial sector regulations applicable to the banking, NBFC, capital markets and securities domains.
He has provided research and policy inputs to support members of select government and regulatory committees like the RBI Expert Committee on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (Chair: U.K. Sinha), RBI Committee on the Development of Housing Finance Securitization Market (Chair: Dr. Harsh Vardhan) and SEBI Working Group on Social Stock Exchange (Chair: Ishaat Hussain).

At LatentView, he led a team of analysts that provided complete analytics support for the working capital loan product (marketing, portfolio performance and website optimization) of the client across geographies (Australia, UK and US). At Mad Street Den, he handled end-to-end analytics needs for a top multi brand Indian retailer, entailing developing and implementing analytical frameworks to measure, test and validate recommendations for a variety of recommendation engines.
Madhu is a certified Financial Risk Manager and holds a post graduate diploma in business management (Finance) from IFMR (2010).
